Half-Year Report H1 - 2020
EXOR closed the first half of 2020 with a consolidated loss of €1,318 million; the first half of 2019 ended with a consolidated profit of €2,427 million. The decrease of €3,745 million is mainly attributable to the reduction of overall performances of the subsidiaries, mainly impacted by the significant negative effect of the Covid-19 pandemic; moreover the result of the first half of 2019 included EXOR’s share of the net gain realized on the disposal of Magneti Marelli for €1,092 million (total €3.8 billion).
At 30 June 2020 the consolidated equity attributable to owners of the parent amounts to €13,403 million with a net decrease of €1,622 million, compared to €15,025 million at 31 December 2019.
